		<description>The article takes up a lot of space criticizing current U.S./Cuba policy, but then concludes by pretty much repeating what said policy states:&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;i&gt;Indeed it is my view that we need to move to full diplomatic and trade relations with Cuba and we need to move as quickly as possible. Of course we should use the carrot of the benefits of open trade to impose the stick of requiring improvements in human rights and the opening of the jails, the free press, etc.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;You could have saved a lot of time typing this post and acknowledged that the sanctions you so criticize would be dropped at the drop of a hat once Cuba agrees to do exactly what you concluded with. Strange.</description>
