I was also pleased tonight when I watched Countdown to hear Jonathan Turley say the same thing about Obama's use of the word “retribution.” In almost the identical words, too, lol. It's nice to be validated.

That said, Kathy, I'm with you. I'd throw the book at them. I only hope that these war criminals fall into the hands of a foreign power that WILL prosecute them.

While I can understand the low ranking officers being exonerated, I do not agree that the high ranking officials should be.

This is truly disappointing on Obama's part. I wonder if other countries will press charges against these high ranking officials.

It's really inexcusable that men who engaged in this type of activity are excused. The Bush administration also “outed” Plame as a spy… and the Bush Administration claimed it would investigate fully…. but only created roadblocks….

I honestly don't know what Obama is thinking… despite his statement.
