With all due respect and love for our readers of all faiths, I offer this post as both an expression of my own joy today and my hopes for all to have a wonderful Easter.
My kids have already found their Easter Bunny-placed chocolate eggs and are now busily painting their own eggs.
Ironically enough, even though I am and was raised Jewish, I remember celebrating Easter as a child far more than Christmas. I never even knew Easter was a Christian holiday until much later…
can an atheist really have a “happy easter”?
From a spiritual standpoint probably not.
From a chocolate bunny standpoint, why not ?
mmmmmmmm. chocolate bunny…
