This is just a fantasy of the NRO. While Reagan on Mt. Rushmore was a serious joke. I would bet that some at NRO wouldn't mind seeing W and Reagan in South Dakota, forgetting about FDR.
An MoveOn.org is probably already planning fundraisers and lobbying efforts for Obama to be the first sitting President enshrined on Rushmore!
They might, but the effort is futile, but NRO was also serious in their effort. Are you saying that both groups are fringe looney tunes?
