		<description>I&#039;m not sure why the DMV is the scary bureaucracy of choice.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I don&#039;t what it&#039;s like for everyone else, but I only have to go to the DMV every few years and when I&#039;m there, the line moves fairly quickly. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;On the other hand, I have to go the bank several times a year and the line is always very slow.</description>

		<description>I personally cannot get behind Government running banks.  I am an Engineer and deal with Govt&#039;s(Local State and Federal) and see this being a bureaucratic nightmare.   TO rely on a government worker to draw money out of the bank, get a loan, etc, etc makes me think about doing this at the DMV.  Pretty scary.</description>
