I am an Engineer and deal with Govt's(Local State and Federal) and see this being a bureaucratic nightmare. TO rely on a government worker to draw money out of the bank, get a loan, etc, etc makes me think about doing this at the DMV. Pretty scary. I personally cannot get behind Government running banks.
