In my humble opinion, Chas Freeman was a disaster waiting to happen and belongs nowhere near US intelligence and foreign policy. This Democrat is grateful that the Obama administration has come to its senses.

You don't have to be a card carrying member of AIPAC to be part of the choir. My hope at this point is that the hit job on Mr. Freeman further weakens those who carried it out. Unfortunately the opposite will probably be true, and blanket U.S. support of Likud/Israel policy will continue.
