When you think of some of the hell holes that foreign govts run are hardly better than where they may have put the prisoners. Bill Clinton authorized renditions. An extraordinary rendition is simply a rendition performed without the official knowledge of the country in which it is performed. At least, that's how I understand it. Actually, come to think of it, I think there were even renditions before Bubba. It's just an extradition. Dubya just went bonkers with them. That's all.
