There hasn't been this bogus "unity," there is no "unity," and there will not be "unity" of unquestioned support and obedience to, and worship of, Obama, nor any other kind of conformity with implicit intolerance by libs and Dems, including those in Congress.

There was no "unity" or unanamity this election, simply a strong disapproval of the Republicans and to a lesser extent of contemporary conservatism in the USA. There is only commonality of interest about Obama, itself subsumed (sorry, worshippers!) in a more general interest in, and concern about, what changes will come for us here in the USA and elsewhere in the world, to a lesser extent.

Obviously the honeymoon and the emotion ruling over reason among so many lib-Dem Obamaniacs has yet to end. (It ended between the election and now for the few smarter "progressives" who have been surprised and disappointed by Obama's Cabinet selections.)

As for the "unity" of the 2008 elections, readers can see it here. "Changed," yes. Unified? No, obviously. (Just ask those who say Obama isn't really the president because he misspoke the oath of office, or who believe Rick Warren is a traitor to Christianity for his invocation on behalf of Marxist Osama Obama.)

http://www-personal.umich.edu/~mejn/election/2008/

http://www.princeton.edu/~rvdb/JAVA/election2008/
