Palin appealed to me intially. Her performance at the GOP Convention was stellar. She flared out after that.

Palin does herself no favors by placing herself back in the spotlight. Apparently she is one of those people who feels a sense of entitlement independent of her actual abilities. More self-examination and less complaining would be in order I think.

Couric asked Palin a simple straightforward question. To still claim it was a "gotcha" question only shows Palin's ignorance.

Palin's said this in defense “To me the question was more along the lines of: Do you read? What do you guys do up there? What is it that you read? And perhaps I was just too flippant in my answer back to her...”

What a bunch of bologna. All she had to say was the New York Post, or only Bill Kristol articles ha ha. There are umpteen papers in America and she couldn't just name one? Palin came out bold and brash. She was put in her place. The election is over and so is Palin. Quit trying to nudge into the spotlight.

Palin told Ziegler that she didn't want to come off as a whiner--- but what other conclusion can you come to after listening to her interview?

IMO, H. Clinton was treated just as badly by the media, and was vastly more qualified than Palin. Didn't Clinton also get pilloried on SNL ?? But she's not bitter now. (at least not publicly) The media did its job which is to expose the inadequacy and dishonesty of a candidate who would have been a heartbeat away from the highest office in the land. Was it Katie Couric's fault that Palin was so uninformed in so many areas? Why not put the blame where it belongs- on the people who McCain picked to vet the governor. Targetting the media is just way too easy.

If you can't take the heat..................................
