Burris may not be the best candidate, but neither is he the worst. Obama and the Congressional Dems should just seat him with the non-endorsement non-condemnation statement that despite the Governor's alleged misconduct, he is entitled by law to make this appointment and the voters can decide in 2 years whether or not to keep Burris.
