		<description>While I understand why Israel has to respond in some way to the insane rocket attacks from Gaza, there is still the matter (as William Kern points out) of innocents being killed by American weapons, which you can be sure is the perception in the Arab world. I hope the Obama administration is willing to take a more creative and less dogmatic approach to this problem than what we&#039;ve seen in the past, otherewise there is no reason to expect we will see much of a solution to this ever downward spiral. Americans must have some reason to believe the billions of dollars they send to Israel every year are being spent in a way that results in more than just continued bloodshed.</description>
