		<description>I wonder why you don&#039;t think that the primary responsibility for solving Afghanistan&#039;s problems lie with the Afghani people.  We need to remember that, unlike the situation in Iraq, the Taliban are mostly Afghanis themselves.  Therefore if the Afghan people want their lives to improve, they should make being a member of the Taliban unacceptable.  After all, they are the sons and brothers of the country.</description>
