Grow up. If “open” works for you fine, but the absurd idea that “closed translates to slavery is just trying to justify your actions. If it really isn't a problem then why justify it? Keeping a promise isn't slavery. That's all being faithful is. If an act will hurt me then I would hope my significant other wouldn't do it. And why is it about the woman? It normally is a reciprocating agreement. Sure at one time it was about property, inheritance more specifically. Even today when it should not be an issue more that a few men have divorced cheating women and still had to pay support for other men's children. If you where still in the same zip code would you be ok with her sleeping with other people? Since it's a new thing I'm guessing no and that this was to keep your relationship. I've never viewed my wife as property at any point. The whole concept of “women as property” is completely alien to me. My wife is 50% of our marriage in every single facet. The way it should always be. Prager's arguments are tired and counterproductive to male/female relationships as a whole. 'Nuff said on that.

Although Dennis Prager sometimes annoys me, I certainly don't consider him to be an insult to the Jewish community.
