He kept the same Sec Def, and is trying to have a smoother transition than Clinton/Bush.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt; Bush governed from the beginning, as though it was a continuation of his campaign. He was purposely polarizing, and antagonized many liberals who didn&#039;t think he&#039;d won legitimately in the first place.</description>
