First, there is no such group as the Deccan Mujahideen - it was a cover to throw off the authorities. And after previous attacks (Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Delhi, etc.) there were hundreds of threats called in to every imaginable target in India.

Secondly - do not make this about anti-Semitism. Not everything in the world is about hatred of only Jews. Focusing on the 5 Jews killed out of 190 people total is ignoring the realities. This attack had nothing to do with anti-Semitism and everything to do with ignorance and hate - on a broad scale. One could make the same case that this is about hatred of new-age spirituality, since 2 of the Americans killed were here for a conference on meditation, etc.

Lastly, don't fool yourself into thinking that the Indian military didn't kill more than a few hostages by mistake - and again, don't focus on the 1% that were Jews.

Dividing people only causes more hate - whether its terrorists trying to divide a city with fear or journalists trying to divide victims in an effort to gain sympathy.
