Obama at best had only slightly more experience when he started campaigning, at worst less, but with 2 years of seeing and hearing him speak, and yes he a great speaker, the public felt more comfortable and plain just got used to him. Clinton had no experience but being married to Bill but we saw her so much that the issue didn&#039;t matter. Palin is new on the national stage and no matter how great or poorly she did there just wasn&#039;t enough time to get used to her. If she is still on the nation stage in 2 or 3 years then people will listen to her and then decide based on what they hear. What they saw this time was someone new filling a slot designated by a campaign not necessarily who Palin would be in her own campaign. The time spent on Palin mystifies me, and so does the hate.</description>
