He would not be involved in politics if he was white but the Republicans believe that they need to appeal to blacks ( a waste of resources) and thus they put Michael Steele's into positions of power. <br><br>Maybe the Repulbicans need to find someone who has been successful at something to be in charge instead of diversity hires and people who were elected 15 minutes ago.
