is palin being attacked unfairly? absolutely not.

while most of the charges are close to being absurd, many ring true.

all palin ever asked for was a diet coke? is this the same woman who put a tanning bed in the gov's mansion in juneau? who charged her state for the days she slept and ate at her home in wasilla? who charged the state for her children's travel? who within days of being inaugerated as gov of alaska, hired a nyc pr firm to turn her into a national figure?

when palin walked off the plane and back onto the alaskan frozen tundra, the woman was wearing 5 inch eff me pumps….eff me pumps in well below freezing weather and with snow on the ground? think that was ever part of her wardrobe before the election?

does anyone recall, in any past election…anywhere in the country, the rnc turning itself into a wardrobe dept? there are tons of pics and vids of palin prior to the campaign, in alaska, on national tv, and other speaking engagements…her clothing was more than adequate, and she had a wide arangement of smart, sensible clothes…who in the rnc would be so dumb as to attempt to change the image that they were trying to sell? i mean, the caribou barbie jokes were already flying through the ether, and the rnc is playing dressup with her??? could they really be that dense?

unless, it was romney all the time….aha!!!!!!!!!

and lets take a look at what palin says: “If there are allegations based on questions or comments that I made in debate prep about NAFTA, and about the continent vs. the country when we talk about Africa there, then those were taken out of context,” she said. “That's cruel, It's mean-spirited. It's immature. It's unprofessional and those guys are jerks if they came away with it, taking things out of context and then tried to spread something on national news. It's not fair, and it's not right.”

first, thank you newsweek for not cleaning up her really bad grammer…this woman has the annoying habit of putting the word “there” in the most innapropriate places.

“the continent vs the country”????? does she have any idea what she is saying?

not fair? oh please….shall we roll the video of your “fair” attacks on obama? politics is a dirty game.

and now, if palin were to ask a convicted felon to step down from his newly won senate seat, that would make her a “dictator”? guess if alaskans had just elected a serial killer, that would be well and fine with sarah….way to take on the old boys network and all that corruption.

now maybe i dont know alot about campaign law and expenditures…but it is common practice to list expenditures that have been returned? i know i dont do that in my biz. but that is neither here nor there

what i still would love to know is what occured in the days after mccain originally had chosen lieberman…who talked him out of it…who were the ones pushing palin? who succeeded in getting mccain to accept a non vetted vp? who in the campaign and at the rnc didnt even take the time to google palin to discover vids that wouldve sent the campaign running to the hills (im speaking of the witch doctor and the final 06 debate, where you can watch her rifle through cue cards, refuse to answer specific questions, and show absolutely no emotion when asked a hypothetical about one of her daughters being raped and impregnated)

the infighting is great fun….but im much more interested in what led up to the momentous decision
