(If nothing else, the financial state of Washington will set limits to what he can expect to do.) (We already knew what Dem "bi-partisanship" means. This time it's as blatant as it could be.)<br><br>His Cabinet choices will probably mean the most to most of us, as well as achieve the most of whatever he really is planning and seeking to do.<br><br>We will also be watching to see how he works with and when and where he limits the worst the Congressional Dems will eventually attempt to do.
