Great links Joe! Some great commentary, analysis and prediction there.

I see the folks who see things through a warped glass (David Limbaugh for instance) seem to have been reduced to schoolyard rhetoric, which I suppose is a function of their disappointment. Hopefully they would find some reason during an Obama administration to indulge in a little positive thinking as well.

I appreciated Ron Beasley's take on Palin as being one of the last of the culture warriors. I agree, there has been a steady movement in our society beyond the many prejudices that have shackled our progress and our thinking. A Sarah Palin will always find a rapt audience somewhere, but I think her sort of appeal is definitely going to be on the wane as we move further into the 21st century.

Possible cabinet posts make for interesting reading. I agree with the idea of Bill Richardson for Sec of State.

What to do with Joe Leiberman? I agree with Publius, there have to be consequences, but a moderate approach is best. Put him on probation.
