		<description>I think the poll numbers are a referendum on trust more than anything else, and as you say Mark, Cheney is smart enough to realize the effect his endorsement will have. Hard to believe he would indulge in what amounts to a personal attack on McCain, but then Cheney isn&#039;t exactly a poster boy for ethical conduct.</description>
