McCain should take ALL the blame. He made the decision. If he had done his job properly and exercised good judgement he would not have chosen Palin. There are TONS of unqualified people out there to choose from and just because McCain selected one doesn't mean it's that person's fault. When I hire I look for people with experience. If I choose someone without the proper experience and qualifications, then it is a reflection on my judgement. If I choose a college student to be CFO of a Fortune 500 company, it's not the college student's fault if he (or she) fails. It's my fault for being an idiot and choosing them in the first place.

I believe Sen McCain is much better than this terrible pick, and much better than the way he has run his campaign.

Its very sad that he will end his career like this. He gave up too much of himself for the win and ended up killing off what voters liked about him.

I said from day one that she was a horrible choice, and in the long run would hurt him.

Why would any politician in his right mind follow advice given by Kristol or Limbaugh? Neither has any stake in the election, neither is going to be personally impacted by whoever is elected, neither is going to have their lifestyle changed in any significant way, neither one's career will be affected by the results of the election. McCain was a fool to pick Palin, and a greater fool if he did it based on recomendations from those two clowns. A tough lesson if he loses.
