Thank You, Sarah. Sort Of.

Sarah Palin has finally spoken out against incendiary shouts from audience members at her campaign rallies — but of course with a disclaimer.

In an interview with the Christian Broadcasting Network, John McCain’s running mate said that:

“We have heard through some mainstream media is that folks have hollered out some pretty atrocious and unacceptable things. We have not heard that.

“If I ever were to hear that standing up there at the podium with the mic, I would call them out on that, and I would tell these people, no, that’s unacceptable, let’s rise above that please.”

But Palin hastened to add that she will not hesitate to continue accusing Barack Obama of “palling around with terrorists” because of his association with Bill Ayers, a former founder of the Weather Underground.

Well, next time I'll make sure to watch who I hang out with when I'm a child so that my political future is not compromised…

“Well, next time I'll make sure to watch who I hang out with when I'm a child”

WTF? Obama was no child when he 'hung out' with Ayers. That is the most ridiculous defense of Obama's shady history of associating with unrepentant malcontents and criminals I have heard yet.

I saw the tape and many have it Tivo-ed. Sarah Palin clearly pauses after the shout, “KILL HIM”, acknowledges the shout with a growing smile and continues to rebel-rouse the crowd which then could be accurately called murderous towards Barack Obama.

She is culpable and no excuse will suffice.

Perhaps you could post that video. The secret service determined that nothing happened, so that might help them track down the alledged culprit.

Hmmm…..what would it sound like if somebody shouted 'villain' in a crowd.

Using the femocrat standard that has been applied to and by Obama, it is now OK for republicans to hang out with David Duke and Adolf Hitler, should he still be alive.

    Godwined!

Hitler and the Nazis are a part of history. “Godwin's law” is intellectually-bankrupt nonsense typically brought forth by the socially and otherwise “challenged.” Are you so sure you want to say someone or something has been Godwinned?

“now OK for republicans to hang out with David Duke and Adolf Hitler”

The typical claim confuses when not combines the first group with the second.

What I want to know is to what extent the media may be (deliberately) overlooking what Ayers has been doing with educational “reform.” Is it similar to the scummy “freeze” anti-USA-and-West (because anti-Reagan) campaign in the 1980s that actually got brought into the schools (similar to the obscession with condoms many activists have exercised in the schools in later years)?

Is Ayers an education “reformer” the way Stalin could be called an agricultural “reformer,” notably in the Ukraine?

This says to me she's either given up on McCain's campaign and is starting on her own, or is trying to look more experienced.

    DLS –

“Is Ayers an education “reformer” the way Stalin could be called an agricultural “reformer,” notably in the Ukraine?”

Thanks for proving Godwin right yet again. What a disgusting statement.
