Is it a matter of competence, instead, or simply mistrust of McCain, is what I wonder.  Consider once more (uh-oh) that the Economist noted last month that Obama has an economic team with some depth to it already fielded or at least somewhat formed, while next to nothing is known about who McCain might bring with him.  (We since have learned about at least one individual, who was featured on this Web site.)  Is the conservative concern about competence, or confidence?  And is this limited to McCain and his campaign (including Palin), or does it extend, as I suspect it does, to the GOP and even US-Western conservatism in general (a nod and more to Superdestroyer here)?&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;K: How about Kagan and Kristol.  &quot;Obama better for benevolent global hegemony.&quot;</description>
