I don't trust this any farther than I can throw it. Why should I? Most of the Russian MSM might as well label themselves “official mouthpieces of the Kremlin.” This is probably Putin trying to stir up trouble and try to give a pretext to retake the Crimea. And that pro-Russian group is probably bankrolled by Moscow, just like the governments of South Ossetia and Abkhazia.
