The Supreme Court will not allow states to use the death penalty for any crime that didn't end the victim's life (such as child rapists) but it will allow a man to be put to death based on circumstantial evidence and coerced & notoriously unreliable eyewitness testimony but with no physical evidence whatsoever?<br><br>Our justice system is such a convoluted farse. This just about puts me against the death penalty.
