Ugh. Virginia native son here. Jeff Frederick is a complete jack-ass.

The Republicans are way too much Frederick and Gilmore, far too little Tom Davis and Tom Rust. Pragmatism and good governance is being rapidly replaced by anti-tax and pro-life demagogues. Add in the demographics of a changing population and you can see how the Republican strength is consistently eroding in Virginia.

It makes you wonder what kind of constitutional law they teach at the University of Nebraska. The Suprme Court has said that a school cannot have separate admissions standard or procedures for blacks. So what does Nebraska do? Also, what does the State Of Nebraska want to deny equal rights to whites without due process. I guess it is that phrase "compelling interest" that no one can find in the Constitution.
