The Suprme Court has said that a school cannot have separate admissions standard or procedures for blacks. So what does Nebraska do? Also, what does the State Of Nebraska want to deny equal rights to whites without due process. I guess it is that phrase "compelling interest" that no one can find in the Constitution.
