It's that he's a currency trader and currency traders prospers in times of upheaval and great uncertainty. The worst thing that could happen to Mr. Soros is if the dollar were so strong and secure it were adopted as the universal currency.<br><br>I can't tell whether Mr. Soros does his giving and providing of advice out of altruism or self-interest.
