I used to live just over the river and attended a lot of Eagles games. It was Philladephia that led to many of the current league rules about what sort of containers alcoholic beverages are sold in and how long through the course of the game they are sold. I watched these people throw beer BOTTLES at their OWN players after a bad game. During winter games at Veterans Stadium (back when they played there) they would chuck ice balls (vs. snow balls) at their own team as well as the opponents. It was a pretty dangerous place to play, especially if you lost.
