DLS, the government is going to do what it wants to. Pork seems to be the biggest difference between this bill and the one on Monday. And after getting slammed with phone calls and emails, what do our "employees" do? They ignore us:

You know I sure hope that California gets their "bailout", because here in SC, we could use a bailout too. I'm pretty sure every state could. Better get in line.

Brasch is an extremist idiot, again, as usual. (I hope Shaun Mullen, who has behaved very poorly for the past several weeks, hasn't been using Brasch as some perverse kind of model.) The House (including the 95 Democrats who rejected the first junk bailout bill) was heroic, and hopefully they'll reject this even-worse second junk bailout bill, too. Brasch will probably gripe after that happens, if it happens, too.

Perhaps this may be part of the reason why so many are angry. So…congress OK's something without reading it and then blames the result of it on the guy who “duped” them into voting for it? Kind of like signing a mortgage for a $400,000 home without reading the contract, eh?

Americans are angry alright, and much of that anger is directed at the Repubs. But with Congress' approval rating at 12% (or whatever it is), I think their is plenty of anger to go around to all of them, regardless of party.
