I don't think “ignore Palin” means don't look at or be polite to her, a la McCain. Just remember who tops the ticket. Biden will attack the McCain positions, or more precisely the McCain/BUSH positions. It's not McCain/Palin. It's McCain/BUSH.

That is precisely what is working against the Bush-weary electorate.

McCain didn't ignore Obama. In fact he attacked Obama frequently throughout the debate. What McCain didn't do was look at Obama, in the eyes or otherwise.

Hypocrisy is to be expected these days from the Usual Suspects, as always.

And the media who have been deliberately ignoring (hiding) Biden have obviously not been ignoring Palin. (Their mistreatment has caused resentment and even defense of Palin at her most embarrassing, by better people who find such mistreatment offensive as well as hypocritical and blatantly political.)
