First, Biden misspeaks just about every day and in the Senate he is regarded somewhat as an amiable dunce even by fellow Dems [my wife was an LA for Sarbanes for several years & recounts how Joe was regarded as the nicest second-rater in the Senate by his own caucus].

Actually, Sarah Palin knows more about gas, oil, and energy issues than probably any member of the Dem caucus. Just look at her interview with Bartilomo on CNBC and get a quick education on a lot of energy issues Dems just can't [or don't want to] understand.

The big difference, however, is that with Biden, you know that it's only a *gaffe* – a minor mistake. Just because he misspeaks at times does nothing to detract from his decades-worth lifetime of service, experience and expertise.

Not so with Sarah Palin, when she misspeaks it's not just a little gaffe, it's because she's just plain ignorant. About five cans shy of a six-pack.

But at least Biden can make a case for Obama. Palin can't make a case for anything.

Biden is as clueless as Obama is without a single achievement in his short Senate tenure. Palin beats them both on executive experience.
