I hope that the areas souteast of New Orleans are majority white so that I do not have to hear from Kayne West, the Black Congressional Caucus, or Spike Lee that it is all a conspiracy and that the government blew up the levees in order to kill blacks. .
Actually, from the looks of it, we may have gotten off comparatively easy as to what it might have been. Too soon to say, I'm sure, but most of the levees seem to have held in the largely populated areas and the cleanup may be far, far quicker than three years ago.
