The University of Nebraska Affirmative Action homepage blatants says that even though the law requires equal treatment, it will hold certain minorities to a lesser standard. I guess the governor has not read recent Supreme Court decisions nor the law. I guess he is more worried about what his friends will say when he takes his children to private school than what most of the voters will say.
