Thanks, Jammer. I've had some personal experiences that involved trying to effect change, at the request of people who have been involved in an organization for decades, only to have them pull back at the last minute because they simply cannot fathom the unknown, even when a few of their colleagues say that they MUST trust change of else the organization itself will die out. I do believe that the Clintons know that if they don't campaign to win for Obama, something far greater is at stake and frankly, I'm not willing to make a bargain and not work to get a Dem in the White House just so I can feel vindicated that he wasn't my top pick.

Thanks, George! Those things are so on the fly but I really believe that – I mean, think about it – McCain has so much recognition and reputation – and he's either behind or even? I think that's a real problem for him.

I agree with your comment to the effect that McCain is very popular and it's a sign of strength that Obama is running even with him. (And I noticed that the gentleman from the BBC was unwilling to let go of the idea that Obama should be way out in the lead.)

I'm sure this is why McCain is doing anything to drive down Obama's reputation.
