The most populous part of Kansas are the suburbs of Kansas City, a metropolitan area that basically splits its population evenly between the two states. Missourians within the range of the Kansas City media market hear a lot about Sebelius. It's an interesting question whether or not the selection of Sebelius might not be more useful in her neighboring state than in Kansas itself. Missouri is a swing state. With the collapse of the Republican party, Senator Obama will have a great chance to select the next president. Shouldn't Senator Obama pick someone to mentor to be the next president?
