COme to think about it a lot of the attack ads McCain is putting out these days aren't suitable for anyone. So at least ads attacking Hilton that are for adults only would be an improvement.

That is, unless Obama makes more silly left-Dem mistakes along the same McGovern-Carter path (advocating the allocation and controlled distribution of heating oil this winter in the Northeast, say, or the control over refineries and distribution of gasoline as well as natural gas this winter in addition to heating oil, or making more, louder demands for windfall profits taxes, or demanding more loudly the release of oil from the Strategic Reserve, the “quick fix” that makes a hypocrite of his “addicted to oil” scolding, or the wearing of warm clothing this winter, or other Conservation is THE Answer nonsense, etc.) and Americans again are repelled and take a second look again at otherwise-doomed McCain.

I think Paris/T. Boone Pickens is right, do it all, drill OCS, ANWR, invest in wind power, nuclear and solar, while investing in real-reseach into alternatives for instance hydrogen fuel cells, hybrid technology, and apply carbon-fiber technology to drastically lighten/strengthen vehicles (a Tahoe would weigh 1700 lbs & only need a 4 cyl to power it)….just some ideas that I've seen out there.

Why worry that a woman, even a sex-object woman, has better ideas than two fumbling men? It wouldn't be the first time. And it won't be the last.

If you're going to slit your wrists about a woman's innate, intuitive and workable solutions to tough problems, you've got a lot of slitting to do.. women multi-task like no other and are very industrious, especially in tricky situations that need a lot of finesse. Men are linear thinkers and deal better with head-on confrontations with just one subject at a time.

Let's just say our “situation” as a nation is a multi-dimensional one whose components all need attention at once…..and soon. Paris would probably do a better job than either Obama or McCain.
