The McCain Military Option

">/0.jpg" alt="YouTube Preview Image" />

Here is a Happy Friday memory jogger for everyone. About twenty years ago, a Democrat candidate with limited military experience went up against the former head of the C.I.A who literally (and figuratively) shell-shocked him.

So far this week we have had the “Celebrity” issue and the “Race Card” comments from the McCain camp…do you really think another Michael Dukakis moment is not going to happen?

A hint for Obama: stay away from Tanks…or any other vehicle that requires a helmet to drive.

  • Obama should just take out a 60 second ad with this still image: http://www.nobodyasked.com/wp-content/uploads/2...

"I'm Barack Obama, and I approve this message."

    Literally?

    Bush literally shell-shocked Dukakis?

Oh, dude, please put up the YouTube of that!!

Actually, Obama would look okay in a military vehicle -- he paid attention to looking slick while he was with Petraeus and the Dem Party New York Times put a photo of him on the cover page, and Shaun Mullen seized the same kind of photo for one of his threads several days ago.

Being in a tank, meaning in Obama's case standing in an Abrams main battle tank, in the turret poking out through the open commander's hatch, is probably a bit risky because it does look too much like Dukakis. But Obama could pull it off with those slick sunglasses and as I've said long ago, he should also borrow a small corncob pipe for this occasion.

"Oh, I'm smoking again. That was a mistake [tm]."

It's too early for any new next-generation Army manned vehicles to be fielded for him to be seen in, instead.

An Apache gunship (a helicopter) that he'd fire on the range with live weapons should be Obama's PR ploy.
