		<description>Quod: I&#039;m not sure if your idiot comment was intended for me but assuming it was...&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I agree that we can&#039;t expect perfect subdivision buildings but I do think that it is reasonable to expect our troops to be able to take a shower without risking electrocution.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Like i said, I don&#039;t care who gets blamed.... I just want the problem FIXED.</description>

The military is notorious for jury rigging electrical devices directly to the wall wiring since they&#039;re living in Iraqi hard stand buildings, which are better than tents when it&#039;s 130 degrees outside. KBR, by contract, could only perform when the Army supervisors expressly allowed them to do so, otherwise KBR would be slammed for doing and billing for unauthorized work.</description>
