		<description>Of course, you would post this on the day after Senator Obama came out for separate and unequal treatment of Americans based upon their race.  Senator Obama supports affirmative action, quotas, and minority set asides. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I guess that the Constitution says that people all people in the U.S. are due equal protection does not mean anything if the government program benefits  core groups of the Democratic Party.  I guess that the Supreme Court has struck down separate admission and hiring practices as part of Affirmative Action does not mean anything to a Harvard educated lawyer who was a constitutional law instructor.</description>
