		<description>I guess shaun stays up late every night writing exactly the same article.  The only thing missing from this one is a mention of VP Cheney and a mention of President Bush&#039;s low poll numbers.  Those are two things that I have come to expect in every posting by Shaun. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Unless you have not noticed, the Bush Administration will be over in six months and the Obama Administration will have to deal with the idea of enemy combatants, how to apply civilian rules on the battlefield, and what to do with those at Gitmo.  All I could quickly find is that Senator Obama wants to give civilian judges authority over the military and wants to close Gitmo.    &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I doubt that Shaun will spend two second discussing the future when repeating &lt;a href=&quot;http://Moveon.org&quot;&gt;Moveon.org&lt;/a&gt; talking points seems more interesting to him.</description>
