He did a good job (I read it today at lunchtime) and what he wrote should be the subject, not neurotic (and creative-to-fictitious) speculation and blathering about what everyone is saying about it and about Obama's position. (The stupid people are fortunately main occupied and obscessed with the New Yorker cover; they are at the level at best of one lefty talk show caller I heard who talked for a while and then said, "Do you think that maybe it could be satire?"
