Did you realize this was a result of Stephen Colbert’s Green Screen Challenge?

  1. Had the GOP did this. Madonna would be suing them for using her material without permission.

I am beginning to agree with Superdestroyer. There is a very keen desire in this country to destroy the GOP and conservatism and move this country much farther to the left.

With the power of the entertaining industry and hollywood and the power of the internet and Utube I think the era of big brother is fastly arriving at our doors. They just want it to be Barak Obama and his quote “MODERATE” unquote facade that deceives America into accepting big brother in the guise of President Barak “Nanny King” Obama.

  2. I would submit that the GOP has done a pretty good job of helping along it's own self-destruction in the last 7 plus years. Big Brother arrived the moment President Bush ordered the wiretapping of the American people.
And so, as has always been the case in American political history, the pendulum swings…
You forgot to mention the power of the ordinary American people who are sick of how things are under “King” George. Wasn't the GOP platform something about “small government” & being “frugal” with taxpayer money? How's that goin' for yah?

  3. Oh, for heaven's sakes!
This is comedy! It's not a political plot. Yoy know: hahaha.
Try the Daily Shiw approach Ron Stewart makes fun of everybody!

I wonder at what point a political obsession (like 'if the shoe fits') become a psychosis.

  4. “the GOP has done a pretty good job of helping along it's own self-destruction in the last 7 plus years”

Well, where it lost ground has been when it has imitated the Democrats in Washington. (“How's that goin' for yah?” You and I both know — it has yet to materialize.) Why vote for Dems Lite when you can get the real thing? (Plus, if they're the ones who are worse in this way, put them in charge this year, expose their actions that make things worse, and punish them later if the GOP ever can cease being dysfunctional.)

The point the other users have made before and I have made before, correctly, is that it's a non-level playing field due to the media (info-tainment and nominally pure news) as well as entertainment industry (where “social consciousness” [sic] is considered an asset by performers and is an unofficial de rigeur).

“I wonder at what point a political obsession (like 'if the shoe fits') become a psychosis.”

An example is when, yes, Bush is blamed for Bhutto's assassination and other things having nothing to do with Bush whatsoever. (Bonus enlightenment: The Arabs blame Israel instead.)

  5. McCain is showing how he will keep the Evil Bush away from him this year.

  6. DLS,

You get all that from a bit of fun?

It reads like just another persomall diary entry, a sort of travelog of the mind. for today.

  7. For once I agree. Satire from an anonymous person on YouTube is clearly a sign of the destruction of conservatism in America.
