I continue in bridled amusement, to note that whenever anyone has legitimate criticism of the democratic party, it is immediately explained as a chemical imbalance or an emotional instability. In other words, “it's silly”.
This is a powerful psychological tool to beat back all criticism, legitimate and otherwise. The problem with a system when no legitimate criticism is allowed is that it begins to rot from the inside out. Absolute power corrupts absolutely.
To keep the democratic party clean and accountable, we should be giving Bill Clinton and other critics of it the benefit of the doubt. We should first look at what they're saying with a microscope and then back away to make an assessment if it's “silly” or not.
The trouble with the democratic party not accepting Bill Clinton's legitimate criticisms and concerns is that it is wilfully ignoring that the man and his wife care a hellof a lot about its integrity. Beyond that, the democrats can laugh and shut down their own members in favor of internal corruption, but when it comes to the GOP/BigMedia, their ridicule will fall in the background behind a barrage of the same critical remarks made at full volume, repeatedly and with no interruption…psychologically berating or otherwise.
Some have speculated that the democratic party's refusal to examine legitimate criticism of itself is a sign that internal corruption and demise is what some in its ranks are hoping for. Of course that would suggest a conspiracy theory that the GOP has infiltrated the DNC's ranks and are undermining from within. But naturally that would elicit cries of “paranoid” and so on…which brings me right back to the start of this post…
When you get a minute, look up PSYOPS and its infiltration of CNN.

“Several sources have confirmed the temporary outplacement of U.S. Army psyops personnel started two or three years ago, and they have been integrated into “various sectors of society.” The assignment durations have been short-term up to one full year, depending on the mission. When asked, “What were the missions?” responses to WND varied from “No comment.”, “… need to know,” to smiles, and, in one case, an obscene recommendation.
CNN is the most watched and widely viewed news outlet in the world. During Operation Desert Storm, Saddam Hussein regularly watched CNN for battlefield intelligence. The symbiotic, intimate relationship between CNN and army psyops specialists has raised many eyebrows, with critics saying it raises doubts about CNN's journalistic integrity and independence…”
I'm more interested in the question: what do Bill Clinton 'analysts' really want?
Employing the same level of expertise as those who analyze Bill, I come to several plausible theories..
(1) They want to assuage a sense of powerlessness by vanquishing someone at sufficient remove to not threaten retribution, sort of like hitting someone who can't hit back in order to feel strong.
(2) They can only deal with a simplistic version of the world they live in, Complexities confuse and scare them. Stereotyping public figures make them simplistic enough to fathom without getting upset.. This is akin to playing video games instead of dealing with the real world.
(3) They have a need for a hero to worship. Not finding one, they do the next best thing, i.e., they assign the role of anti-hero to someone, and punish him for not being the hero for which they yearn.
Obsessions with public figures and movie stars, are an interesting subject to study and contemplate, as much so, as the objects of people's obsessions.
There is an interesting article on Huff Po about how the Obama=Muslim rumor began and spread. It applies equally to how stereotypical perceptions of public figures begin and spread. It takes intellectual fortitude to remain objective in the face of such onsloughts.
What does Bill clinton really need? To grow up.

“…various sectors of society…” What do they mean by that? Maybe Bill Clinton just wants to know…
The Obama trap…
“need to know..”
Maybe that's all Bill Clinton needs….”to know”….
We all need that right about now.
