Obama does not really represent Black America since his ancestors were never slaves, in fact, his ancestors lived in Ky. before the Civil War and actually owned slaves. http://www.geneababble.com/african-american/bar...

While that should be no surprise since many of our founding fathers also owned slaves, it does speak to his being outside the mainstream Black Americans.
