		<description>This does indeed seem to be the fundamental problem with the report. While it might be quite accurate and damning towards certain administration officials, it is not equally damning towards certain Senators whose job it is to look at the data in detail as well. Ironically, while the report is likely one of the more important things to happen in a few weeks, only superceded by the end of the primary contest, I haven&#039;t commented heavily on it  -- because I&#039;ve not read the real report either, only news and blog summaries.</description>
