At the end of the day, though, Obama can not afford to have Hillary as an enemy.

Seeing that Obama is all about being gracious and not throwing people in the garbage, the minute they offend in some quarter, I think it would be quite in character for him to accede to some degree. To what degree, I don't know, and it's for Obma to decide.

He had the votes at the DNC meeting to get a better deal on splitting the MI delegates, but he accepted the less favorable deal becuse he recognized the importance of tamping down animosities.

It is often more important to see beyond the particular issue of the day and to think long term.

I am not paying hillary's bill. She was the one who pig headedly wanted to run it to the end. Altho considering the closeness, she was mathmatically out of it some time ago and should have realized what she was doing. 20 Million dollars! Good lord. If Obama wants to slash his own fundraising go for it, but who is going to donate to his campaign knowing that its going to pay off Hillary's stubborness.
