You can't "merge" Flash into Quicktime; besides it's a flawed video format expanded into a Java substitute until it's unusable on hand held platforms. It appeals to lazy website designers and uses proprietary formats that Apple hates. Apple doesn't want Adobe as their assets are outmoded software packages that take an extra year to port to the Mac.
