		<description>I wouldn&#039;t  take this warning  shot in a newspaper lightly.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The Chinese are very nationalsitic and would probably support  the government  if harsh punitive measures were implemented.  &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Rescue efforts after the earthquaqe led some to cheer their government, whereas in the US, we would be more likely to look for shortcomings.  &lt;br&gt;Of course, the response  to the disaster seems to be quick and massive, giving a visible reason to cheer.</description>
