		<description>Fudging the numbers, isn&#039;t this how Enron collapsed?  By fudging the numbers and pretending the fake ones were representative of reality and acting on those?   The Bush administration is truly trying to run us into the ground because they are unable to cope with reality when it does not match what they think it should be.   It is utterly irresponsible, and considering the consequences involved, immoral as well.   In short, par for the course for this idiot of a president.</description>
